The two day festival will be headlined by jam rockers The Dave Matthews Band and hit making surfer turned singer-songwriter Jack Johnson. Also featured at the Mile High Music Festival will be The Steve Miller Band, Weezer, Phoenix, Damian Marley & Nas, The Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band, Keller Williams, My Morning Jacket, Jimmy Cliff, Drive-By Truckers, and Railroad Earth among many others.

For the first time, single day passes will be offered to the Mile High Music Festival. Single day tickets are $99.50 with single day VIP tickets available for $225. Perks for VIP customers include an air conditioned lounge, private bathrooms, and special VIP seating near the stage.
